The experience, service, and kindness the employees offer are amazing! The customer service is quick even on a busy day with a long line. One of the female employees Dulce demonstrates an astronomical amount of patiences, professionalism, and a hardworking attitude. A-PLUS DULCE!!

I Have Always Liked This Particular UPS Store. It Is The One Around The Corner From My Old House And After My Mom Passed Away And I Was Moving And Had A Lot Of Paper Work To Copy Like Her Will And Other Related Documents The Girls That Worked There Were Always Very Helpful. I Also Had One Situation Where I Had Several Packages To Return To Amazon In One Trip And Accidentally Got My Shipping Labels Confused But Did Not Realize It Until I Got Home. They Were Very Accomidating And Helpful In Assisting Me To Get The Shipping Labels On The Right Packages. Also Compared To Another UPS Store In The Area, Their Prices Are A Little Better, Plus There Is Room To Pull Right Up In Front Of The Store To Unload If You Are Sending Out A Lot Of Packages One That Is Extra Heavy. Also If They See You Struggling With A Heavy Or Big Load, Someone Will Usually Come Outside To Help You Which Is Very Helpful. I Do Not Live As Close To This Store Any Longer But Now That I Realized Their Prices For Printing An Email Or To Fax Something Is Lower, I Am Going To Drive The Extra Few Miles To Go Here Instead Of The Store That Is Closer To Me.

Just went in to ask about shipping. Couldn't tell me about the insurance, talk about packing, what options there are. It was like pulling teeth. And she keep yawning. Did not seem interested in helping. When I asked if I can have some boxes and bags for my business said unless I had the item there I get nothing. The other UPS store is way nicer. Bad service and no motivation.
