They are normally amazing. Today I ordered an xl hot coffee. They gave me a large, I understand mistakes happen. I asked if they could fix it. What they ended up doing is just pouring the large into an xl cup and sending it back to me without filling the cup up. I understand they were busy but I paid for an xl not a large. It would have taken a few moments just to add the extra coffee into the cup but instead they chose to be lazy. I was very disappointed today.

This place frustrates me to no end. I have had multiple wrong orders and today was the icing on the cake. I ordered a small black cold brew and a large cold foam cold brew with 3 cream and unsweetened vanilla flavor. What I got is absolutely undrinkable. The small cold brew is basically water and my large cold foam has vanilla swirl in it and is more cream than coffee. I didn’t even bother to complain because the last time my order was wrong they told me “we can’t take it back” to fix it. I won’t be coming back to this location any more.
