I thought it was supposed to be a fast food restaurant I got a 1/2 hour for lunch and it takes 20 minutes just to get my food

Only reason im.even giving them 4 stars is because it employs alot of localyoung teens but they are always understaffed wait inside or out is bad but love my frostys at least there machine isnt always down like mcdonald's.

Drive throughs at many fast foods have taken advantage of improper orders. I say 60 % of customers do not complain about orders being wrong. 60% is a lot and these orders that are pass me by are not spoken up will become worse over time. Start walking back into the store if your order is not right. It's the only way to stop this business inconveniences.

Waited way too long to get waited on. 5 people working not a one even acknowledged the people waiting in the dinning room to order. Not even " Be right with you" as I was walking out they finally came to the counter.
