The place is good, clean and friendly. I would gave five stars if not get confused as I arrived! Booked online for Ramada hotel to find different hotel. Plus, there was no reservation under my name!! So we had to book and pay. When came back home, I found out there was double charged! Because the staff were nice and friendly gave the two stars. Those nice people work there deserve better online service.

My stay was earful. We stayed for 3 nights but complained the whole time we were there about the hotel being under construction. There was construction debris all over making it extremely difficult to walk around. We where told numerous times that nothing could be done until the manager was in on Monday morning. There was no water for nearly a day and when it was back on it was dirty for the remaining of the stay. We were told that we would be able to get our money back and now we were advised that they are not going to reimburse us for their disaster. The amenities that they say they have are not available and the managers are not willing to do anything about it!!!!

The hotel shows its age in some ways. When we checked in, the pleasant lady behind the desk informed us that there was going to be some work done to revamp the building's water system. (Showers were nice, hot, and good water preassure.) Our room was nicely furnished and spacious, and the large king-sized bed was comfy! Breakfast was continental muffins, bagels, toast, plus fresh waffle-maker, oatmeal, yogurt, and fresh fruit options. Coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate packets were available. It was a nice stay, and a good value for the price.

My room smelled disgusting. It had not been actually cleaned in a long time. The shower and surrounding areas had rust and dirt. There were ants throughout the room including in the bed. The sheets were dirty and so were the pillowcases. The mattresses had odd orange and red stains as big as my hands or larger all over them. Everything was outdated. The pool was closed and looked like it needed cleaned back in the 90s. The workout room has one piece of equipment. The free breakfast was like zero good options.
