I've been there four times this week and three of the times they forgot to put Splenda in my coffee 😂. If Starbucks had to drive through I would never go to this place again lol. Not to mention the coffee tastes like hot dog water

I would've given it -5 stars if I could. I ordered before 6 other people and they all got their order before I had gotten mine (which was just done holes and a couple drinks, not very complicated). The workers were rude (especially this African-American woman with red hair at the time was very snobby to me and disrespectful) after 20+ minutes of waiting I asked asked to bring out my order. They had at first ignored me when I said it so I had to repeat myself. No apologies or nothing. Didn't even say a "here ya go" when they put my order down on the shelf. Just an eye role and a bratty little sigh. I understand working in fast food you have your good and bad days, I've done it myself. But they all had no idea what they were doing. There was atleast 8 of them in the back doing stuff and they were talking and laughing it up. Not working. It was very annoying. You get paid to do your job, not gossip. Probably one of the worst experiences at a restaurant.

The staff isn’t very friendly or accommodating. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee and chocolate croissant. No napkin provided. What’s the point of alphabetizing your on the go orders if staff doesn’t place the items where they belong? Not really impressed with this location.
