I called and placed a pizza order. Took my order and charged my credit card. Waited for delivery for 2 hours!! When I called to ask where the pizza is, I was then told they don't deliver to my area. No apology for their mistake. Domino's will never get one cent from me again!!

Update: They just delivered our remade pizza and they went above and beyond and made an additional pizza for us! 🥺🥰 And they’re delicious! Scott, Robert, and everyone there are wonderful! I wasn’t expecting them to go above like this! Y’all made our evening! 💜 I appreciate these people so much! Usually my orders come out beautifully. And this time when the cheese pizza I ordered came out like cardboard, they were super sweet about remaking it, which I really appreciate. I do delivery driving myself and I know how much a pain in the backside it can be to redo and re-deliver a botched order, especially if it’s busy. I felt really bad for asking them to redo it (personal anxiety issues) and they were just so sincerely kind about it. Please don’t take these lovely people for granted. They work so hard 💜

Hi jill....if you're asking about how to add toppings on their online ordering site.... You choos the item ...such as "build your own".... It will first ask for the size and type of crust you prefer...ie pan, thin or hand tossed.... Then choose the sauce....there will be a box at the bottom to continue to "the next step". Then you will choose "meats" and "non meats"... There are tabs at the top of that box to go between the two. Then click " next" at the bottom... It will ask you if you want extra cheese...or not... And tgen you're done. I hioe that helps.

Usually pizza places deliver within 10 miles from the store.
Simply saying you're 4 miles away is not enough info to be able to anwser that question. Did you try to order online, or did you call the store, could there be another location that does deliver to you? There are too many factors that determine delivery zones, and the zone isn't based on a circle with the store in the middle. Its laid out using roads as the boundries. Also in my experience when people say why don't you deliver to me I'm only X miles away, you can usually double that number.
I order from the app for pickup every time, it's ready in less than 20min every time, usually less than 15. Sometimes the staff is young and learning, but everyone has to start somewhere, cmon it's a pizza place! Only one time have they forgotten the sausage but they fixed it right away, I just had them bake some through the oven and toss it on, no need to waste a pie. They don't deliver to me (10min/7mi away!) but my go to place for takeout pizza.
If you are referring to the one off of Odell Circle. Yes, they deliver to you.
I believe most apps; including the Domino's app, need access to certain features on the phone to be able to work as expected... For example, if you would like to share a photo with Domino's, they need access/permission to use the camera....and if you would like to share things from the app with your friends.... they'll need access to your contacts. Same goes with location settings...that way if you're out of town...and want to order pizza through the app...it will let you know which Domino's is near by... But at the same time...you can still sign up for the rewards without downloading the app.
