First of all, the location is good. Transportation is very convenient, and shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. It's also great to come and fix it right away when it's broken.

Lovely waterfall and recreation promenade area which sits nestled amongst the grove of california native redwoods trees and encircled by the various Fillmore Center Towers. Not among my favorite architectural achievements however its very tasteful and as I previously stated, provide a curb appealing little urban-scenery and a great spot for giving the dog a break from all the concrete

If I could give them negatives I would. I promise you the only good thing about their service is the package man and the Patrol Services. Resident Service never communicate with you- whether you call or come to their office. Furthermore, they are scammers. I came two months before my lease ended to tell them I will not be extending it out- and they didn’t tell me they needed it in writing or I needed to hand it in writing. Once my lease was up I moved out- and lo and behold they call me saying I didn’t give them a notice and now owe 2x the rent in penalty. Do yourself a favor- look somewhere else to live. They will scam you and they will not be honest. If anything at all goes wrong- best believe it’s on you because the Fillmore Center will never own up to it.

Worst experience of my life. I started my rental process a MONTH early as we got closer to my move in date it got harder and harder to get in touch with people in the office. Calls, emails constantly unanswered. I would cc multiple people and no one would respond. A week before the move I have no answers and no idea of what I’m supposed to do. I make more calls no response, finally send an email asking to get my deposit back and go elsewhere since they apparently didn’t care about my business. No one returned my calls or email. Now they’re trying to keep my deposit and told my bank we have a lease. But I don’t live there. This place is not worth it, was going to consider for the future but they’re bad business and really just want your money. They don’t care about you. Look at the low rating and the complaints from residents. The office told me it wAs just people upset but apparently it’s very much the real experience. I called again yesterday and still haven’t received a callback. Update: Management reached out to me and we were able to resolve the issue. This dramatically changed my experience and perhaps I will try renting again in the future.

Comcast offers gigabit service, which I have Speedtest verified. The building isn't wired for "fiber-to-your-outlet".
