I love Walgreens because of the good brands that they have and the employees are friendly and their stores are very clean and they get to manage unifying their items and I am very happy with their services.

Horrible service they let people sit at the drive thru window when their medicine isn’t ready and holds up everyone else the line is all the way around the front of the store. If the medication isn’t ready have they come back later or pull back around.

The pharmacy gives you the the runaround with getting scrips filled. They tell you your insurince won't cover your meds and you have to pay out of pocket. I called my insurance to verify if the meds needed was covered or not. To my surprise the meds where covered at 100% and not be charged. I explained this to the pharmacy and was told a defferint excuse on why they could not fill my script. Again I was left with calling my insurance about the issue who called the pharmacy too inform them the meds where infact covered. The pharmacy then told me they would only grant 2 of the 3 meds. (all meds needed I was askimg to be filled where instock at this location.) My insurance then told me they would go a head and call CVS for the scrips since walgreens made it impossable to fill. Not the service I have had at Walgreens in othere states. A true shame and letdown. Walgreens talks about health and wellness.What they don't tell you is it's at the expence of your own pocket otherwise your health will suffer. If you couse to fill your script here and get told you have to pay its not covered call your insurance or go someplace else to fill your scripts. WALGREENS PLEASE DO BETTER.

10 minute wait to drop off a prescription seems a little excessive, but hey, they are the boss after all. Came back half an hour later, still not ready even though they said 10 mins. Left and come back and it was ready, didn’t scan my rewards card “too late” was the response. Not sure if Walgreens is going down hill or I’m going uphill. I suspect the former. One good thing though, the Sun was shining. I popped in today for a script and thought I’d use the restroom and wish I hadn’t, pretty bad considering we’re in a pandemic. See pics. Today is 6/29/21.
