Drove there to deposit cash via the ATM only for deposits to be unavailable. Good thing gas is cheap 🥴

Recently the service became very bad, the banker and the manager can’t offer the simplest services and make it complicated. I was trying to open a saving account for my daughter and they couldn’t, then they gave me a number of the customer service and said call them to check why we can not open it when I called the customer service, they said only in the branch can know the reason. I went again to the branch with no respond and asked me to call the customer service again.

Don’t worry About it

They are sooooo slow here. Waited in the drive through line for over 15 mins with one car In front of me. RidiculousI'm sorry for the frustrating experience at this location.
