Poor customer service. Is it typical for flooring stores to have poor customer service?! They are lined up here in Anaheim and most of them provide terrible customer experience unfortunately.

We have shopped at State College multiple times for flooring and tile when we remodeled. Our first time there we were helped by a someone that was not able to assist us with our purchase and service. BUT THEN!!! we met JC Flores and his service and knowledge was outstanding. We are so grateful to him for helping us not once, but twice in creating a beautiful design. His extensive knowledge of the products is exceptional. The store itself has so much product to choose from that it can be a little overwhelming. You are sure to find what you need there, but if you can't find it let JC assist you. We found tile at another store and JC was able to source it and at a better price. As a realtors we work with many clients that are buying or selling homes that need updates. We always send them to State College Distributors and tell them to track down JC.
