They were really nice. But where's the coupons these days. Haha. Staff was really nice though! And they made the food great. Update. Went here again. No meat on the 5 layers and barely any in the chaluppa. Ridiculous waste of money. Make it right taco bell. 18$ for lettuce and beans.

I placed an order online and was told to go to drive through window and state my name for pickup. When I arrived at the location I was told they were closed because there was no water at their location and they were working on fixing it but no idea when it would be back on. Understandable and unforeseen, I get that - so I asked how I get a refund on the order I already placed and paid for and they said it would happen automatically. Fast forward 4 days later and the charge has now cleared my account and there is no indication that a credit is on it's way. I called the location and was told I need to call my bank, I said there's nothing to call my bank about, there's no credit pending. What would I be referencing if I called the bank? I was then told I needed to call the company I placed the order with, I said I placed the order on TACO BELL'S WEBSITE so YOU ARE the company I placed the order with!! She said "no, that happens through a 3rd party, you need to call them" (which makes no sense) so I asked for the number I should call and she said very rudely "ma'am, I don't know! I don't shop online". WHAT?? I'm asking for a telephone number to someone YOUR company is apparently contracted with - if YOU can't give me the number how in the world am I supposed to find it?? So she said to go to the Taco Bell website and look for it there, so I asked her hold one while I looked and she said "no, it's busy and it's lunchtime" and then hung up on me! So I called back, I had to call back six more times until she finally answered the phone again, at that point I told her I did check the website and I don't know where to look and could I speak to a manager? Apparently I was already speaking with the manager (really?!!!?). This time she [somewhat more politely] said that I would have to call back at 3:30pm and speak to the other manager because she didn't know how to help me. Was that so hard to say in the first place? Meanwhile I am still waiting on the credit for food I never received.

Had the best customer service ever!! The food was on point, but the service made the experience over the top! Sometimes a little bit of friendly chit chat goes a long way and this individual knew what he was doing to make a slow night speed by with ease...kudos!!

I've never had an issue with this Taco Bell except for today. I ran out from work during lunch for something quick, got inside and attempted to order at their kiosk. It was slow and didn't want to respond. Came time to pay and the system just didn't want to connect to anything. The manager came over, offered a sincere apology, and explained that they were disconnected and not able to login or process orders. Following that he asked me what I was trying to order and offered the meal for free. This is my first ever, and probably last review I'll write on Google. I'm not one to reach out online. But today I felt I had to because I've never had an issue here, they've satisfied my midnight hunger several times, and now they've given me a free meal. Thank you Lemoyne Taco Bell! Stay awesome.
