I’m so happy that I found Kevin at boutique nails (I definitely took some time to read reviews about the salon) so instead of writing a bad review about the nail salon I was going to here in West Salem I’m going to write a positive review about my experience today. Kevin was fast, efficient and kind. The Salon was incredibly professional and free of judgement or feeling like your being gossiped about or treated rudely. What a refreshing experience, that and I LOVE my nails.

The best pedicure I’ve ever had. Thanks, Kim! The end result was perfectly beautiful. I liked all the products, they were on schedule, comfortable chairs and clean environment, and the entire staff was so friendly.

I'm a fairly new client, and have been in 3 or 4 times now. I prefer a bit more nail art, so I ended up being referred to Bella by my first nail tech who has a bit more experience in that area. I appreciate that he was honest in that he didn't have the skill level required to create the nail look I was going for. That's far better than trying, failing, and disappointing the client. She does a great job with shape and design. There have been a few small imperfections, but I've been very happy over all. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and they have a boisterous sense of humor. I've also observed that they have forged personal relationships with many of their clients, and they remember you and reference previous conversations. Barring a serious misstep on their part, this is my go to place for a great experience and pretty nails.

Had a fill done by Kevin today, and they are amazing! Everyone there is funny and witty, so the people giving bad reviews must just not have a sense of humor. I've had plenty of bad nails done elsewhere, but I am so glad to have found this place! Book ahead of time, they're likely booked out several days.. I made sure to schedule my next fill before I even left today. Can't wait to try a pedicure there next! 💅🏽👏🏼👏🏼
