Hess Orthodontics is a very great place to get your braces. Dr. Hess and his crew are super profesional. The office is always clean and tidy and the staff makes you feel welcome. Definitely 6 out of 5 stars :)

I went for a consultation about a few weeks ago. The front desk staff and Dr. Hess himself, were nice. The coordinator was nice as well BUT, I felt pressured into getting braces with that Orthodontics. I felt like I was at a dealership, and the car salesman tries to pressure me into getting a car. I particularly don't like that feeling and pretty sure most people can contest to that. It took everything in me not to lose it in that office. It would have been better if she was would have just said, just give it some time to think about your decision if you want to continue that process with us, and let us know. But no, none of that. And lastly, who does a mold fitting for retainers before actually installing the braces on your teeth...? That didn't make any sense at all. Overall, I was quite disappointed with that process and decided NOT continue the process with them.

Kaylee and Yessi were very nice at check in. The office was spotless and they have a great game room for kids. Shannon was extremely helpful and helped answer all of our questions. Dr. Rey took her time and made us aware of our options! Highly recommend.

I was a transfer patient that was accepted during the pandemic, relocating for work. The staff was very professional during my transition. It also helped that I came with my records so there was no lengthy down time during my adjustment. They were also accommodating when I had a schedule conflict and needed to reschedule my appointment. Hess staff Apollo beach is simply just awesome.
