I have gone to that particular CVS twice and both experiences were horrible. First time I went to pick up money from Money gram. I gave my transaction reference to the girl at the cashier, she tried it multiple times and then she said that it was not going through, she called her Manager, a young blond girl, who comes and states the same thing, and that they don't have the amount available anyway ($400). I leave the store, but then I decided to go back in because my app my saying that the money was available at that store. The girls were talking with another staff, I told them to find someone else who could help if they couldn't that's when the third staff member asked me if I had register to the kiosk first. I hadn't, that's why it was not going through but the other 2 staff members (manager included) did not tell me that. This time everything went through and the staff member even told them that they do have the cash available. That time I was able to get the service because I insisted smh. Second time I go with my husband, my toddler and my 8months baby for their passport pictures. You get it, no greetings, no smiles. The cashier was busy so we told her we were going to wait since people kept checking out and we saw that she was by herself. A second staff comes to us and she states already that she is "going to try". We expected the session to be challenging as you have no control on how a 2 years and a 8months old are going to act. Not even 10 minutes, she took a couple of pictures 1 time, went to the computer to check if they are good, they were not. Came back second time to take pics and even ask my husband if we wanted to take them himself, went back to the computer and stated that none of the pics were good. My husband asked her if we could take pics using our phones and send to them to print she said no, it was not possible (which I found out later it was not true!). She told us to go to the post office as they have a better set up and training for children pictures. No, they are staff members that understand that dealing with kids pictures require just more time and patience! We went back home, after researching online I found out I could actually take pictures myself and just send them to print in any store, including CVS! And I did, sent them to Walmart and pics were approved. Again, I did not have a good experience both time and I will not return to that store. Those young girls need to better their customer service.

Love this store! I drive across town just to shop at this store! The staff is very helpful! Thank you Kelsie for recommending the Carepass service and to down load the CVS app, it makes it a lot more convenient to find what I am looking for! Thank you all! It’s nice to see that great customer service is still around!!!!!

I called this CVS Pharmacy Monday 9/7/20 to ascertain what time I could come in the morning for a flu shot when there weren't too many customers in the store. Covid-19 is prevalent & I'm a senior. I was instructed to wait until Tuesday 9/8/20 since the Flu Shot Clinic would be set up in the front of the store and, according to the female I spoke with, it would be less hazardous than going back into the Pharmacy area. I was given text #287898 to schedule an appointment and complete forms online to expedite the process. My app't was noon, Tues 9/8/20. Upon arrival (11:57 am) there was no area set up in front of the store. A Cashier told me to wait and she would get someone to help. (The photo attached is where the Cashier had me wait up front while she got someone to assist. You can see the screen waiting to be set up for the clinic). The Cashier then told me I had to go back to the Pharmacy. After waiting my turn, the Pharmacy clerk asked my name and issue. I told her I had a noon appointment for a flu shot. She asked if forms were completed online. I was then told to wait for a pharmacist. There were walk-ins ahead. At my turn, I was asked if I needed a chair. When I said no, I was told to stand in the aisle to right of the Pharmacy customer service windows with shoppers in close proximity. And that is where they gave me my shot. There should have been some sort of protection or screening in the area. No one checked my ID, no one verified health questions, or if I was to get the senior shot. The print out they gave me had a different address than mine, different than the one I supplied the day before via their online site. When I complained to Mashira Jackson-Gallegos she told me I was too early for my appointment (by 3 minutes) and because of their (CVS) 'bumps-in-the-road' they were not set up. I explained they could have suggested I wait in the car and given me a call since they had my cell number, or re-scheduled me for another day/time. I had to ask twice to verify I had received the correct dosage. When I left they were still not set up in the front of the store. The clinic's blue screen which was still sitting in the area next to the Cashiers waiting to be set up was crammed between the Dr. Pepper/Gatorade delivery guy picking his nose (in a CVS with no mask), his carts, and the blue wheeled bins filled with what looked like returned items. I notified both CVS Corporate and CVS District Representative Joe Edgeworth and have sent photos to them. I have gotten my flu shot at various CVS pharmacies since 2004 and have never seen such incompetence as this. The Pharmacist is now being reported to the FL Board of Pharmacy.

Definitely my CVS of choice. Most if the time there is no wait and if there is then it is just a short wait either at the pharmacy or at the front registers. The staff here is knowledgeable and the place is always clean. Great seasonal items all year round. Plus there is usually a sale on candy.
