This is the most terrible service in the world!!! My package was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. I have been calling every day and they say something different every time and the give me different advice ever time. They say I can have it delivered to another fedex location and then they say I have to contact apple to do it. I hope these people learn how to give real info some day what a terrible 2 weeks it has been because these people are so terrible

Rating is a negative 🌟. Today was the worst shopping experience I've had in ten years of service at FedEx Office Carson. The store clerk was very disrespectful and condescending. His attitude never improved. I told him I was going to speak with the store manager. He didn't seem to care. About what I thought or that I was going to report him. He just wanted to find a way to make the customer at fault. Telling me that I loaded the paper wrong. I had just spent almost $50.00 to scan 5 pages. I don't think I was be disrespectful to him and patiently waited for service.
