The place is wildly understaffed. Staff that they have is incompetent. If so many other BoA lobbies are closed, why wouldn't they bring over the out of work staff to a location that clearly needs the assistance? This branch has always been dismally slow. Considering changing banks because who has an hour to waste waiting in line every time you need teller assistance?

I rarely go inside but needed some $50 bills for Xmas gifts. My first attempt on 12/13, I was turned away because the 1 teller working had an issue with her terminal and it would take 15 minutes to reboot. Several people in-line with business bank deposits that needed to go in before the 4pm cut off were very frustrated and asked for another window to be open, only to be told no one was in the bank to do so. I left and returned 20 minutes later to find still only 1 teller and 4 people ahead of me, 3 with business deposits of checks, cash and wanting change for their business. I stood there for 20 more minutes waiting to be served while management decided to pull an extra teller from returning to her window, to take care of some other customers not waiting in line that needed other attention in an office setting. Finally another teller comes in and he proceeded to get the line moving and I can get out of there. BOA has chosen to recently close 2 other branches nearest me, Galt Ocean Mile And Coral Ridge. Here we are on a Friday, most likely a payday for many, holiday shoppers being adjacent to Galleria Mall and they run their business like this? In my opinion, the management needs to be replaced and more seasoned staff should be working in such a busy location.

I have recently moved to the area and I would not recommend this location. I came in to simply update my signature on file for my accounts and there was no one in line before me. Each personal banker (3) were with a customer when I came in but no one in line but me for after they finish. I was told my wait would be 20 mins. It has now been 45 minutes and the personal bankers are clearly in no rush. I hear them having casual conversation and laughing with their customers that they have been helping for at least 45 minutes, who knows how long they were helping these customers before I arrived. I understand there is only so much they can do, but this is pretty ridiculous. If I saw them rushing and if the check in girl that told me 20 mins would even look at me (let alone apologize) I wouldn’t be leaving this review

Money wiring usually requires a person to physically sign and pick up the funds. Not sure if you mean a bank to bank direct deposit or some other form of deposit/payment such as Venmo, etc
