Visited this location a few days ago and I was very disappointed. I ordered a double fish meal fresh and when I got home my meal wasn't fresh at all not only was it not fresh but mh order was incorrect. I called the restaurant to see what could be done because gas prices are high to be going back and forwards as well as these food prices and was given an automated voice-mail thing in which I left a message and no one I mean no one has returned my call I won't be returning to this McDonald's location

Awful. Constantly awful. Never good. Idk if they aren’t drawing the Pattie’s but they have no flavor. I only order here because it’s close. Did a mobile order. One Big Mac with special request fulfilled. The other, a quarter pounder I ordered with no cheese, no mustard and they gave me extra cheese and extra mustard. I’m lactose intolerant. I couldn’t go back because I was on break. And I was super hungry. It’s not hard to read the ticket and do what it says. EVERYTIME I come here the screw my order up. Time to start going to Burger King. At least their food has flavor.

Been to this location several times each time met my friendly face and caring staff member. Sometimes it’s hard to find good people for fast food restaurants but then with the managers done well it’s what she has. Stores clean including bathrooms and well designed for attack house as well as a great drive-through.

Came in placed my breakfast order today and paid. Person who took my order walked away. I waited almost 10 minutes for an order of hot cakes and a Diet Coke. I heard person who took my order talking/arguing with someone else the whole time. 2 other employees in the kitchen separately arguing. Customers ignored. Finally she walked back over and saw I was still standing there. Lied that she had to go into the back to count money, but heard her over arguing by the drive through the whole time. Didn’t get the butter I asked for. Had to ask for that again even though it was on the order. Dining room recently remodeled but was better before. Ugly, sterile, seats are stools like you would have for kids in a preschool. Removed drink station, so to get a refill, had to go back to counter and wait and be ignored again. On top of this, much higher prices than other local McDonald’s in the area. McDonalds at powerline and cypress creek 4 miles away, burrito meal is $5.99. Here $7.29. Will never go back here - poor service and overpriced. Lousy atmosphere. Should be 0 stars.
