Update, they have been very good with getting back to me since this incident and have come up with a solution to make things better in the future. I have in the past placed very big orders with them. I am happy they have come with a good result to fix this issue in the future. I hope to come down and meet them in person this winter and order more cigars and create some content for the both of us. Tried to place an order with them, but wanted to make sure the order would be ready so my brother can pick them up for me. I tried for 2 days to get a hold of them online and over the phone. The phone would ring and after 10 rings, it would hang up. No one bothered to answer any of my emails. I guess I am not getting cigars this time. Too bad, I may have to start looking for a new place as I always buy from them when I am in town or when my friends or family are coming for a visit.

Great cigar selection! We came last week for a low-key vacation and we left with so many new cigars for us to try! The only reason why 3 stars is because one of the associates, I believe his name was Jimmy, was incredibly egotistical towards me and was rude to his associate. The rest of the staff was phenomenal, friendly, and good jokesters too!

Good cigar shop near airport. Note: mgmt-staff have strict rules about CoVid19 & parking. Parking is tight, hard to get around. The shop offers a big selection but there is no lounge or outdoor space to smoke, relax.
