I accompanied a friend to get a quote to sell her car. They need better signaling within their parking lot. The person that sat with us to give us the offer had awful customer skills. I guess they have so much business that customer service is not one of their worries. I read some reviews, and many others felt the same way.

The service department here is very good. I went there to check my brake pads and rotors; it was an excellent experience. Eliomar Hernandez took care of the paperwork and Eduardo Soto of the labor. The parts arrived on time and they finished the job before the promised time. The cost was exactly as explained, no surprises. Strongly recommended ‼️
