This is by far the absolute WORST Popeyes you can go to. Each visit I have come to this location in the past, the line in the drive thru is always long, and the employees leave you waiting at the drive thru menu for a very long time (20 minutes and sometimes more). I really don’t know why and how Popeyes makes money when they have employees that work there that don’t really care about their job, if you ask them for anything—they act as if it’s coming out of their paychecks. Don’t even bother asking for the manager (they are WORST). It’s no wonder the employees act the way they do. The chicken is always stale and every single employee has an attitude. I’ve always gone at night and maybe that’s why the service is always so bad but that really shouldn’t be an excuse. The manager Lisa was extremely rude and honestly I don’t even think that was her name. Disgusting location and employees. Hopefully they shut this ****show down ASAP!!! Don’t bother writing a complaint on the BBB as they are not accredited and all the reviews and complaints are unanswered. People need to stop coming here and supporting this place. Some things never change. This is the last time POPEYES gets my money.

Chicken and fries was okay not the best but palatable. What was especially impressive was the man who apparently taken up residence on the walkway about 10 feet from the entrance.

Came Monday July 4 at 10:30pm. Lady with the dreads and glasses is so rude!! I’ve literally never come across somebody so rude and so careless. Ordered at the window a popcorn shrimp with tenders. They said they had no tenders so I said okay just the popcorn shrimp combo. Went to the window and that’s when this lady said “oh idk who you spoke to. I don’t have that order.” So I said “okay, what DO you have?” She replied “chicken.” I’m like “okay what kind of chicken?? Since back there you guys said you didn’t have tenders.” To which she replied “mild.” Let’s just say she’s lucky there was a cop ordering food behind me.

Just went here yesterday 06/20/2022 and recorded a video. Things have picked up since I last visited. Just checking if Popeyes in Miami is any different then popeyes in other places. I would say this store has some online order system and/or uber eats and the workers aren't fast enough to make that work. So one uber got called off an order waiting for it to be made. Other then that, popeyes tastes like popeyes
