First time trying Cuban cuisine so I couldn't tell if it was authentic or not. Came here based off an recommendation. My wife had the grilled marinated chicken breast with garlic and lemon with yellow rice and black beans. She said her food was ok but I could see she didn't like it. I had the ropa vieja with congri (mixed red beans and rice) with fried sweet plantains. First time having plantains and they were ok as well as the food. Also tried the empanadas which was ok also.. Place was quiet and seemed family friendly.
