They are truly passionate about their work and me and Joanna have built an incredible friendship as well!! Thank you for all that you do!!

This is a company that is making up fake positions in order to lure people in to their recruiting. The previous person who reviewed this company is correct in saying that they say you are not qualified for a position that you are absolutely qualified for. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the State of California.

For many freelancers, this is a huge perk come tax season. Just another reason Career Group is one of the best administrative staffing firms out there.

While this will differ depending on the role and organization, typically the difference is in who you are supporting. An Administrative Assistant will provide general support to a department or team, or sometimes to a few key individuals. An Executive Assistant specifically supports an individual on the executive team. An executive assistant job will often require more years of experience, or specific experience supporting an C-Suite or senior level person. Your recruiter can provide more specifics depending on the role.
For temporary employees on long-term assignments - those lasting 3+ months - we offer certain benefits packages. Your recruiter will give you more specifics when you are placed on a temporary assignment that is eligible for benefits.

Yes! Staffing agencies act as the middleman between you and the hiring manager. They advocate on your behalf, submit your resume and help a hiring manager understand why you’re the best candidate for the job. Plus, using a staffing industry is a free resource - providing you much needed career guidance and a leg up on the competition. Employers will partner with recruiting agencies to find the best talent, and often give staffing agencies exclusive listings you can’t find on public job boards.
