Very poor service from Javier. I could tell he really just didn’t want to assist me with my issues and instead pushed it off on another store, where I was able to resolve the issue, with someone more capable, with the same tools provided. He couldn’t even call the neighboring store to ensure the said item was in stock and that they could hold. He didn’t portray the bigionaire feeling much at all.

Javier is a ROCK STAR!! He patiently walked me through my online return resulting in a full refund back to original form of payment. As I was on hold with help for 45 min I was able to observe his interaction with customers,WOW, you just don’t find employees like Javier anymore. BIG LOTS…..He’s a keeper!!!

Sum Quod Sum

Nice, big Big Lots location. Fewer shelves dedicated to food than in the store closest to home, and presumably, more space for other items. I visited this location for two items not in stock locally. They were ready to pick up when I arrived and the personnel were friendly and helpful.

This is a very large Big Lots store. It is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff here are friendly, helpful and professional. There is a lot of merchandise in the store and they just put out their Halloween stock. There are discounts on summer stock, so stop by, take a look and you’re sure to find something you want. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store.
