Definitely don't get the quality of service that you used to! I will not be taking my car back! They had my car twice for a total of 4-5 days and still did not run a diagnostic on it like they said they would! Everyone beware, they will tell you that you are signing up for a "membership" for discounts but in all actuality you're opening up a credit card account. I did not know that until the credit card company called me to confirm my account. I am so completely disgusted and dissatisfied with Firestone and have never in all the years that I have lived in this neighborhood gotten such poor service and bad attitudes from them. Firestone simply does not care about their customers, I will not be going back! P.S.They don't keep the cars locked when they are sitting in the parking lot waiting to be serviced!

Sooo I’ve been in a rut lately my tire blew up on the way to work with my kids in the car… ugh it was such a drag however coming to Firestone they have honestly helped me most! Best prices around quick and friendly service !! Honesty I came back for an oil change that’s how wonderful they were! And they won’t let me drive with a nail in my tire so they let me know an had me apply for the VIP MEMBERSHIP program it’s so amazing you should totally come here speak to Clarence or Marq they know what their talking about!!

I was in my f150 with my 3 yr old and got a flat across the street. I called to make sure they were open and had availability, it was a Sunday. Marquis helped me out… I was with my toddler and we waited in the lobby, he was able to get the tire patched up and we were out in 30 minutes. He saved the day because we would’ve been stuck all day waiting for a ride. We don’t live near that location just happen to be in front of it but, I would def recommend it to someone that lives in the area

Had a tire problem walked in and spoke with Clarence, gave him a specific timeline that I needed work completed by. Had to replace all my tires and he and Marquis did a great job handling my issues and adhering to my timeline helping me out however they could. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I’m thankful I brought my car here. Thanks guys make sure you remember what I told you about Vegas.
