I've been using Experience Oregon for the past 7 years to take high school exchange students to San Francisco each fall. They are easy to work with and the drivers are friendly, professional, and always on time. They always have the buses ready to go each day at the time we need them and are flexible when we need to change our schedule on the fly. I recommend them very highly!

DO NOT BOOK! THESE REVIEWS ARE COMPLETELY MISLEADING!! Marian is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. We tried for weeks to get into contact with them and all Marian kept did was be rude and unhelpful. Their busses caused an incident and all we we've been trying to do is get any information on the accident but they still insist they had nothing to do with it...

Interesting trips on really comfortable buses. Rates are on the high side, but so far it's been worth it.

I chartered a bus for the Women's March in Portland on January 21st. We left from Eugene and returned that day. Our driver, Jim Broderick was professional in all ways and delightfully friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better service and that includes the office staff, especially Paul Mann.

We only have one office which is in Eugene. 2e did have a driver that lived in Roseburg that did the commute.
There are better services than Experience Oregon in that area. Experience Oregon damaged my girlfriend’s car a few months ago, and I tried to contact them to resolve the issue. A window on one of their busses had exploded and embedded shards of glass in the body of our car. Marion, the customer service manager, was rude, took weeks to respond, and utterly unhelpful. Still no word from them, and I couldn’t warn against using this service more. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service.
