Fluent is one of if not the best in tampa for me. Shaun is a great help and awesome to talk to. He is knowledgeable and makes sure that you get exactly what you want and takes great care of his customers. I will always recommend him and the tampa fluent dispensery. Thanks and have a nice day. They text me too much. Even when I block them they text me from a different number. I have insomnia due to TBI, so I switched to Sugarbear sleep vitamins. I’m not going to renew through the state again. Renewal of my card then tons of text everyday. It’s unnecessary. Maybe they will change their tune after this review, who knows.😑

Everyone at this fluent location is so helpful and kind! I really enjoy stopping in here and they’re always willing to answer my questions. I recommend this dispensary anytime I’m asked. Krystal and all the staff there are a great help. There are so many great discounts products to try!

This is my first time visiting this dispensary, they had first time discounts / perks so I wanted to take advantage of that and try out their goods. Turns out things were already on sale so my first time discounts were not acceptable and useless compared to the sale.. but thankfully I had the pleasure of meeting Shaun, who not only filled my order I made online, he explained that I could use that discount but not pay the sale prices I would have to pay the regular price which was definitely not in my best interest in terms of saving money. So he was able to put in the system that I could still use the first time deals on my next visit as long as things aren't on sale. Which was great!! A lot of other dispensaries don't do that, so that guarantees that I will be a returning customer, so that's a positive for the company and myself. Shaun, it was very friendly and very welcoming and really took the time to answer all my stupid questions because I'm old school flower type girl I don't know all this other stuff very well, other dispensaries well-known ones here in Florida basically treat you like a sale but you are but they want you in and out, and if you add or change to an order they make it obvious that they're annoyed, you feel rushed and they don't even really want to answer any questions.. but Shaun explained in detail all the products and how it works and what tools or whatever you need and you know just giving me a lesson on everything.. so I felt very appreciative you went above and beyond from my experiences to share his knowledge on things given his job you would expect that from any other dispensary or a person but it's not always like. I like him and hope to be dealing with him many times in the future.
