Matthew has Absolutely terrible customer service. Was asked to step out of the building since I didn’t have my ID with me. However I have purchased multiple times from this location and Matthew himself is aware of who I am. Not sure if they are only discriminating against me but absolutely terrible customer service. Could’ve been asked politely to step into there waiting lounge but Matthew refused and kicked me out of the building. Not happy with this location or the personnel running the medical dispensary. I will start looking at other dispensary like Trulieve or etc. Very unfortunate how one person can ruin the reputation of a business.
