Definitely don’t stop at this place. I put in a mobile order waited 10 minutes for it. My app said that the order was being made and it showed a receipt. A woman named Deedee was talking with me said she didn’t have my order. I showed her the receipt and that the app said it was making my order and she said that was not good enough. I just asked her if she could please follow what was going on the receipt because I had to go pick up my kids. She refused. I would never go to this Burger King as they seemed very disorganized. Since when is a receipt and confirmation on an app not good enough to fulfill someone’s order. I don’t think that people here know what they’re doing. I’ve stopped here more than once and every time the wait time is very long. This is my last trip to a Burger King. Their app is terrible and frequently does not work. The computer didn’t work tonight and somehow the customer doesn’t get their order because their computer doesn’t work. Terrible customer service. There’s no excuse for that.

While fast food burgers are approaching bar prices, gotta admit that the deluxe Ch'King made me keep wondering what all the Chick-fiL-a fuss is about. Honestly, even Culver's and(yikes!)Wendy's aren't slouching in this department. Sorry, McD's, you and Checkers are the Soylent Green of the masses.

If you advertise that your sandwich comes on a grilled/toasted bun; and you have pictures of the sandwich all over your store of your sandwich on a grilled bun, why the heck is the bun not grilled when you serve it? I give BK staff credit because the dining room and ladies' bathroom were clean...even the drink station. The fries were served hot and crispy. But, why can't I get that Frisco Melt sandwich with a grilled/toasted bun?

What the hell..? I. sit in the double order bay, as they take two orders on the other side as I wait? Hello! Hello! I pull forward to get in line anyway. They ask for $$. You didn't take my order, explained nicely. I get an attitude. ( Like it's my fault). Takes my order, and cash, then I wait. and wait. and wait. Must have made fresh O-rings, because they are blazing hot, but no bbq sauce. Handed me food with a ( here)? Rude much. Had to knock on the window to get bbq sauce that I asked for 3 times. Crown on top.... As I pull away, she says to someone inside... F- that old white F-en azzWhole. Just great experience. Tried to call Miami corp, but no way past the roboswitchboard. No one seems to care.
