To explain my experience. Bought a laptop screen November via ebay, it was defective and returned early December. Then nothing. It was my error that I allowed what appeared to be a legitimate well rated buisness run out the clock on contesting the charge. By late January all I had was a lame "employee in charge didn't do it but I'll get back to you tommorow " excuse, then complete silence. I emailed (always polite), no response. I called (David's not here, call back) only to find my number had been blocked. There was never conflict or argument, the fraud came easy to David. There's 3 things that I can see that explain how a seemingly reputable and highly rated 14yr old buisness does this- 1- There's been a change ownership /managment (David Ramirez?) 2- They've always been a fraud but are very good at hiding it. 3- They are in severe financial peril and simply can't afford to give refunds. Either way, I'm out over $200. Think twice before doing buisness with them. The positive reviews do not match their reality! Update-tried contesting sale via eBay but because I followed the sellers request to deal with them directly? EBay has refused to assist and David refuses to honor his obligation. I have followed up via PayPal and the BBB. David could resolve this easily, but refuses. If I ever get my money back and I'm extremely doubtful of it, it will be donated to charity. Another update-David did not respond to the BBB and now has a C+ rating. He also has yet to respond to PayPal. I have escalated my complaint there. I tried contacting him via another email address (since I'm pretty sure he ignores if not filters out my previous address just like he blocks my phone #) asking for him to at least explain why this issue has become so bad? It makes no sense, there wasn't any conflict. As expected, I recived silence. Do you think these are the actions of a responsible buisness? Should you trust this kind of operation with your personal data? I would argue that you should not. Final update - David ignored all inquiries and PayPal has refunded my money which has been donated.

David is a very nice guy who handles the clients politely. My celeron laptop memory got upgraded last week and is running so fast that I never expected 👌 Also, there was a LCD screen change for another laptop a month ago and that was also fixed on time and with reasonable price in our county. My first goto person is David always 👏 I would recommend his services to all my friends in my community 👍

I been coming to this computer place for a long time, They are the only ones that I can trust with my equipment. They work on my laptops and cell phones , Most work is done while I wait. Great pricing. I also travel a long distance to go to D&G computers Inc. David is the Technician there and he is the best.
