Kind & professional staff. >5 year old facility with powerful machinery and a clean recycled water cistern (no foul water smell). Excellent $4 Value wash or $Spectacular $18 wash. Memberships too! I go here often and have yet to experience even a slight inconvenience.

They should make their employees pay attention to watch and see if anything gets ripped off the car so that they let u know and give it to you. Also, they should employ a manager that actually cares about customer service and the quality of the wash or atleast the damage it does to customers cars. A refund should have been given at the very least but they would not provide that either.

I have Recently tried out the New Washed Up Car Wash here in Lakeland at 4970 Dave Robbins Way not once but twice and I am beyond disappointed both times. Last week I purchased the wash and tire clean etc... Rims were dirtier after than before I went in..... Second time I tried which was today I purchased a few dollars higher wash in hopes it would be better. The tires were better than before, but the bugs on the bumper where not even affected by the wash.. the worst part of it all is that they had 2 gentleman brushing the bumpers and what not and not only did they not get the bugs off but they left a SCRATCH on my BRAND NEW EXPLORER...… beyond mad.... if I could leave a negative star I would. I hope the owner/manager gets back to me since on the receipt there is no number....
