DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! Their customer service is horrible. A new phone was ordered and they said it would be a week for the phone. It ended being 3 - 4 weeks and by the time the phone was going to be picked up it the application for the phone expired. The process has to be started over again and then the current phone was deactivated. This is entirely their fault and now a payment has to be made to reactivate the current phone and they won’t pay for it. Now instead of paying for the phone outright, monthly payments have to be made with interest. It is completely absurd and terrible customer service. Accidents happen but to not change anything or help in any way to prevent it costing more and charging for something that was their fault is awful! Worst experience from any business ever!

This location is amazing!!! The employees are beyond nice and will go out of their way to help you as much as they can. They have outstanding rate plans with awesome perks like amazon prime & google1!! I would highly recommend switching to Metro By T-Mobile💜

Extremely convenient! They are the only place I know of that sells the type of charging cord compatible with my iPhone. They not only had the right cord, they made sure it was the correct one before selling it to me. The employee is professional and always remembers to say “have a good day.”
