Ryan was our tech. He arrived on time, explaining all our options and worked really hard to get us the best speeds possible. He was respectful of our property and cleaned up after he finished. We are way out in the middle of NOWHERE Jefferson, OR between Salem and Albany on the west side of the freeway. For years Alyrica has been giving us consistent amazing service, but not very quick speeds. They would tell me they were giving us 20 download, but I would consistently get 4-6 in download speed. Today JIMMY and SEAN came out, not did they get us our speeds, but figured out that it was our previous IT that handles our firewall that put limits on what we were getting. If it hadn't been for Jimmy and Sean, we would never have figured that out. Seriously hats off to you guys. We have now 40-50 download speeds. Out of this world service you guys. Appreciate you so much, thank you for going the extra mile to help us out. Customer for LIFE!

We have had the best customer service from this company. They are so much better then any other ISP we have had. We had a whole home service plan and had a service ticket submitted, they had a service tech out the next day. Henry was early to the appointment, extremely professional, double checked that the issue was resolved, cleaned up after his work was completed and asked if we needed any further help. I'm not familiar with Hugh's, but I can say that my family has been with them for many years and couldn't be happier. The service is reliable and customer service is excellent. Give them a try; I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Hello, we are currently not in Toledo and we are not currently making plans to move that way yet. Please keep us in mind though in the years to come as our network is always expanding!
Give them a call during their generous business hours. If you have line of sight to one of their towers, they should be able to connect you with their excellent service.
This is a question we get quite often, and our response is always, 'What do you normally do online?' For most residential users, the common things that people do are stream movies (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc) and general web browsing (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). A good rule of thumb is to pick a plan based on what you normally do AND how many people/devices are doing it at the same time. This is why we designed our plans to address this very question.
