I went to the Joint to get a FULL adjustment. I am suffering from a severe back pain that I have dealt with before. Every time I get this back pain (every couple years or so) I have gone to a chiropractor and gotten a FULL adjustment and it was fixed. I went to the Joint today for my "initial visit" and my appointment was at 11. I showed up 10 of and didn't get seen until 11:30 (I had to take off work for this and did not plan on being gone for over an hour). When I was seen, the doctor told me that they are a "wellness based practice" which means they like to do maintenance rather than one and done. He spent 10-15 minutes preaching at me telling me I should never lift heavy weights and that I need to go to a chiropractor regularly. He had 10 minutes to preach at me bit only spent 2 on my actual "adjustment". I can respect that BUT they use that gimmick as an excuse to only do one or two cracks and then say "come back next week for the next three". I paid thirty dollars (the intro price) for THREE cracks. I normally pay 45 for a FULL adjustment at any other chiropractor. I even asked him to do my lower back and he said NO. My pain is still here, in fact it is worse. I told him this and he said "that's why you need to come back". I know for a fact that this could have been resolved with a full adjustment but they had no intention of actually FIXING my pain. I will NEVER be returning to this gimmicky practice and I suggest you all do the same.

10/10 Dr.Phil gets you right! Blessed my body with an adjustment out of this world. The chiropractor that we all need as we work these 9 to 5s! Pays attention to your body and needs. I walk out of here feeling 5 years younger 🙏🤙✊

Dr. Carlos and the whole team are amazing! Went there today with no appointment and was out in under 40 mins. He actually apologized for the wait which was the fastest I've ever been in and out of an office. I've had major back issues since my teens and been going to a chiropractor for decades. I called my regular doctor this morning and had a less then stellar experience so I decided to check out the Joint after my buddy recommended them. I am extremely thankful I took Trey's recommendation, The Joint is The BEST!

I was extremely hesitant to go in for my back pain. I have heard mixed things about chiropractors before, so I didn't have the best view of them going in. Honestly, as a fat person, I thought they'd just blame my pain on my weight and be done. That wasn't the case at all. Staff is very friendly and doctor worked with me to address the pain. He knew I was new to chiropractors and that I was nervous and he was very gentle. Explained things to me and gave me movements to do later to help. My pain isn't completely gone, I need more work, but I am finally able to feel some relief!
