This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a pretty long while… The manager was very grumpy and he continuously used the word “no”which is not a good customer service practice. He wasn’t even checking to see if he had the things in stock that we were asking for; he just completely shut down about every request that we made. Not only that, but my legs were sticking to the booth seat because of how hot it was in the restaurant due to the AC being off. This is Florida, and it’s very important that the AC is working properly and that your workers are working properly as well. Also it would be a good idea to make sure that the stores are stocked well because I was expecting barbecue sauce with my barbecue chicken and was deeply disappointed that they didn’t have any. I will not be returning to this location.

Okay I gave it this Mark here because most of time I go there to usually out of one or two items on the menu and probably a couple of the veggies that I like to pick so they got a okay they never had a problem with having the chicken regular chicken rotisserie chicken it's when you start getting into the bourbon glaze and all that other stuff you start running out stop is friendly what can I say good portion sizes chicken smaller chicken is very small you have to get a half a chicken in order to get two good pieces that would probably fill you up that's probably about my only complaint everything else is definitely good have a good pricing food taste good portions are good employees are nice so and I'll I'll probably be back again

It's 8:06 pm on a Saturday. Not sure who is working and who isn't but know the ones sitting behind the restaurant in their car probably are not working. Not like they had much to choose from in the way of food, since they really only had s few entrees to choose from and zero vegetables. Meanwhile we continue to sit behind this one vehicle and not any closer to our order 15 minutes later. Only the drive thru was open. Clear that no one wants to work even if they are paid. Boston Market used to be kind of upscale in terms of fast food. One star because I had to select at least one

Ordered online and waited about 50 mins in the drive thru because the inside was closed. Called multiple times to see how to skip the line but no one answered. Then we I get home we open our food to see rotten potatoes and chicken missing. You could clearly see the potatoes were black and rotten when you put them in. But you don’t answer the phone when I call then by the time I try to go back and return it, the restaurant closed. Disgusting. I know things happen and places are short staffed and stressed right now, but there’s no excuse to serve this.
