Amazing wedding venue! Couldn’t recommend enough!! This place was perfect for our dream wedding in the woods! The lighting at the forest ceremony site was exquisite at night and was perfect to hang wisteria similar to the Twilight wedding. The Hiwassee river is beautiful and great for pictures! The reception area was large enough to accommodate our 120 guests and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! Bill, the owner, is super nice and goes above and beyond for all his guests!!!

This is a beautiful venue! My fiance and I considered having our wedding here, but ultimately decided on another location. We really enjoyed our tour with the owner, Bill. He was very professional, personable, and gave us some great ideas/recommendations for our special day.

I’m from FL and found this venue searching “enchanted Forrest weddings” on Pinterest. It was the trees for me… we immediately tried to book but our date was taken 😩. However, in a stroke of luck (fate, whatever) it opened up randomly and we snatched it! We put alllll our trust in the vendors for HRW. Sight unseen in person, we showed up the day before our wedding and there was exactly what we had envisioned. Southern Charm Details planned it all down to the minute with us in the months leading up to our day and it was perfect. We stayed at the Star Mountain Lodge and there aren’t enough words. Pulling into the cabin was MAGICAL. Our families felt so welcome and comfortable. Every detail was thought of at HRW from rehearsal day to the big day, all we had to do was sort of show up and enjoy our completely customized experience. We were surrounded by good people and lots of love and it was electric. I can’t say enough about how kind and warm every single person/vendor/staff member was to us. Our families have not stopped gushing about how perfect it all was and we totally agree. The florals, the DJ, the event coordinator, the cake, the food… all included and all TOP NOTCH. HRW also recommended our videographer and photographers (@foxycreationsvideography & @shannonguyphoto) and can I just say, ASSIGNMENT UNDERSTOOD. We are so happy. Thank you guys! Book it now brides to be, before your date is gone. It is worth every penny and so much more.

I recently used this venue for a corporate event and I cannot begin to offer enough praise. This is not just a venue, but a retreat style property. My guests were in awe of the beauty surrounding them and enjoyed a lovely eveing dining along the river's edge. The owner and staff of this property went above and beyond to ensure that my event was a success. We had constant contact for months leading up to the event and every detail was perfect.
