Asked for a fresh fish fried hard, it was fried so hard there was no fish inside, and the French fries was dark brown too, sad because I have been here before and it was ok, but all fish sandwiches at Arby's has been horrible this season

I love Arby’s and have previously worked there for 4 years. I had outstanding service, don’t get me wrong, but I ordered four beef and cheddars because that is a delicacy in my household and we got home to sit down and enjoy and the beef was crunchy (old and over cooked) and rubbery. Just completely dissatisfied the beef belonged in a waste bin. Such a nice location but will probably not be returning.
