Their prices could be a little lower and when they say they'll have a part in stock the next day and be ready to do your vehicle I wish they would stand by that or at least give you a discount for not following through with that but besides that nice place

I took my vehicle in for front brake work. They quoted me $419 when I got there it was $479. The brakes started speaking as soon as I drove it the next day. I though it was due to new brakes I called 4 days later because it would not stop. Of course they tried to tell me it was the back brakes and that the front brakes masked the noise. WHAT? SWEAKING AND GRINDING ARE DIFFERENT NOISES. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

I would give them six stars if available. I came out of work to find my truck flat and went to Firestone, the young man at the desk quoted me a price for a replacement tire and saw my expression at the price and suggested I apply for a Firestone credit card, got approved and didn't have to spend a dime.
