I wouldn’t go to this place. Came it to pick up jewelry and one person tells me a certain amount and then after finding out they only accept cash I had to find a ATM. Find one right across the way and then I come back and they increase the price by $10. Then the younger girl lies and states she said the correct amount. I know how this works and it’s not about the extra money it’s about the lie

Brought a 14k gold, 22gm chain to location to get a loan, got lowballed but still took the loan knowing Id be picking it back up. Went to pick up, paid the loan amount off and was told to sign the slip before I saw my chain. I asked to see my chain first to ensure that everything was on the up and up, the woman behind the counter stated I needed to sign that I paid the loan first. I again stated I wanted to verify it was the correct chain before signing that I picked it up, she proceeded to raise her voice to me and tell me that I HAD to sign the slip first before she could get my chain. So not only did I get lowballed on the loan amount, picking it up and asking to be able to verify that it was the correct chain resulted in being yelled at by the woman behind the counter. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this place. Their behavior comes off as shady. They won’t trust customers but we are to trust them or get yelled at. Yeah not so much.

This is the most overpriced pawn shop I've ever had the displeasure of entering. The staff completely ignored me, despite standing at the jewelry counters waiting to view an item. No recognition that they would be with me shortly, no communication with me at all. I'd definitely encourage you to skip this place and head just about anywhere else.

I went there today to see if they had some power tools for sale. They had a large selection of tools. However, the prices were really high! I have found lower prices online on eBay and even saw some lower prices in a retail store setting. I don't know if I would shop here again.
