I was trying to look for a place where they offer free COVID testing and on the website says Walgreens free COVID testing. Just wanted to let everyone know is not free unless you have insurance. If you don’t have insurance is $120 dollars.

I’ve been to this location several times it’s close to my job so I go to pick up some essentials to get home almost every night well me and my wife go to pick up such things and they always ask for ID my ID is expired hers is up to date but they seem to want to see both of ours Even though I am not purchasing any items. I have my passport it is up-to-date so it is suffice unfortunately this is the fourth time I’ve had an issue with this certain cashier she is African-American I didn’t get a name I have taken a video. For some reason she called the manager upon my partner checking out (I was buying toothpaste behind her in line) refused service to both of us because we didn’t have our IDs ( I don’t need ID to get toothpaste) but never once asked us if we had our IDs with us which we did so I am leaving this review Because of the poor customer service the general manager gave ( who took the cashiers word that we didn’t have identification ) and the front desk cashier gave me and my wife. The manager asked us to leave his store. CVS is right across the street please go there instead. This location already has two stars, avoid this Walgreens by any means possible They are unprofessional and refused my family service without even asking us if we had ID’s upon checking out any items from the store.

I called to let them know they can dispense a preferred product to the patient at the pharmacy and They answer the phone and say please hold without letting me answer. They put me on hold 7 times before I hung up. THEE WORST Customer Service I ever had!!!! I never got through.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Called in my script at 7am and was told 1 1/2 hours, I call back at 9:50am and the black lady oh if they said 1 1/2 hours then we can't fill it earlier than that. Wow, really! Apparently she didn't make it past 1st grade math. I will have all my prescriptions transfered to another location, and I recommend ever one else do the same.
