I am a beginner biker and wasn't sure what kind or size of bike I should get. Joe and Bert were super knowledgeable and helped me find the bike that fits me perfectly. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock in the shop, but they placed an order immediately and the bike arrives within 3 days. They also helped me assemble the bike and check that all the parts are ok. Everything is smooth and easy for me, definitely recommend!

it’s not often that I leave a bad review, but this place warrants it. This business is so unorganized and unprofessional. I took my bike in to get “upgrades” done to it, yet after all the work that was invested and nearly a month to get it back, it is riding worse than when I took it in. Their excuse is that my bike is of low caliber. If that was the case and the “experts” knew that any altering of the bike would make it perform worse then they shouldn’t have taken the job and would’ve saved me the few hundreds invested into the project. I do not recommend this location at all. If you need work done I recommend Irwindale Cycles. They are a much more professional operation

We bought my wife an early Christmas present Electric Bike today. The staff here was very knowledgable and informative of the bike we chose. They have a large parking area behind the shop for test rides to make sure you like the bike prior to purchase. It was Black Friday so we got a good discounted price! I would recommend this shop for both new bike purchase or bike repairs.
