Jeyran is very rude. I went into Firestone to drop my car off with my husband. I was waiting in line to be assisted by him as he was not with a customer. He toyally ignore me when i began to ask him a question and then my husband noticed how rude he was treating me and ask him “are you going to help my wife and immediately the female service rep intervene and helped me. Jeyran began to say “ i”m not here to help you” whatever that meant. He threaten my husband and threw papers on the floor out abruptly. I’ve never been treated so badly in any store. I will be filing a complaint with the coperate department tomorrow morning. Be aware of his outrate behavior.

First guy that tried to do my alignment couldn't do it because the computer only went to 2019. Second guy was great and was able to do it. They are very friendly and I highly recommend the life time alignment. 3rd time I got my Wrangler alignment done at Firestone locations.

This was my recent experience after a wheel alignment at this location, both rack and pinion boots completely twisted and one damaged, never had any issues before at this location, but definitely the technician was not putting to much effort this time.

Firestone is exactly what you want in a mechanic. Mike & his team are knowledgeable, gave us a price & stuck to it, had the parts on hand, & did what they promised - which is completing the work correctly & efficiently! We had to “rescue” our Discovery from ALX Land Rover repair dept after they lied about having tires & parts, adding more work on & pushing the completion date by DAYS. We shopped prices/availability online for tires & took a chance on this Firestone. Firestone replaced 4 tires, did an alignment, replaced our front brakes & rotors as well, within 4 hours! We saved literally thousands of dollars. Michael at Firestone is the man & his team is the one to trust.
