Greatly disappointed in this store to say the least. The guy at the entrance never greeted. Several employees around and not one asked if they can offer assistance. I was looking at a particular bag to buy and asked what the price would be with the discount and he acted like I was a bother. ( there were barely 3 customers in the store at the time) he quoted me the price and I asked if that was with the discount and he muttered yes. I’m not an unreasonable customer but I know this is an outlet store. My husband and I left and went to the Barstow Coach store where I bought that same bag for $70 less. It was supposed to be the same price but after the lack of good customer service I didn’t wanna buy anything at that store. I ended up spending $250 somewhere else… they lost a sale but it appeared they didn’t care.. I’ll never set foot in that store again…

Customer service was awful today. The cashier lady looked down at us and when she shoved our shopping bag she didn't even wanted to make an eye contact with us, like she didn't wanna deal with us anymore. Not going to visit this mall's coach ever again until they make an effort to provide some GOOD SERVICES. Disappointed but 20%+ off every purchase was OK.

Walked in to pick up a purse I purchased online. I walked around for a bit and the store was busy. Everything was well placed and clean. I wasn't asked if I needed help, but I didn't mind because I was just browsing around. When I asked about picking up an online order, the employee herself helped me check out. She was professional, friendly and quick to check out. Will definitely come back again!

"MATTIE" helped me... she was very easy going (which is important for me, because I will lose my s#!t if someone bothers/ pressures me) and offered an adequate amount of help when I was trying to decide between the blue and black. I ended up taking both when we realized I'd only be paying about HALF of what I would usually be paying for just one, given the sale prices. Love them both. Totally worth the drive. GREAT MALL... so many great stores, closer then the desert outlets, and INDOORS!!! so you don't have to worry about having a heat stroke.

Capacity limit control, mask required, hand sanitizers placed a lot of places, touch less price check with cellular phones

I would contact the store first to begin with and if they can't assist you give the customer service a call and explain what happened they should be able to help. Sorry that happened to you
