i called the store, expecting to order, only to be answered with a “WHAT” and then when i genuinely was going to order they said “when did i f-ing ask” and hung up on me. very bad customer service and training, i blame the owner.

She made the milkshake for me and then told me that it was cash only and then offered no solutions to help me. Drove out of the way just to get a milkshake. What kind of place only takes cash?

Sleeping Is Good

I think this place just changed the ownership around a year ago or less and the quality goes south. The taste of the ice cream is not as good as used to be. We tried several times to make sure and the ice cream did not taste that good anymore. We decided to go to different store. I hope they will improve the quality.

The store was clean and the young man behind the counter was very polite. BR ice-cream is always yummy! My wife loves the daiquiri ice...
