Although the majority of "floor" personnel are helpful and courteous there still a segment within that grouping that are useless as well as rude. The management of the store is often just as bad. Since they have gone to "self checkout" the lines for customers wishing to pay cash sometimes stretches to often ten deep. The on duty managers just seem to care less and don't lift a finger to alleviate the backup. As far as stock availability is concerned forget it. Half the times the shelves are often completely bare. I could go on but Walmart just seems to really not care an iota about its customer followings. Personally given the slightest opportunity for shopping I and my family head for Target. Warmer atmosphere courteous personnel and stocked (in most cases) shelves

Beautiful store, the oak in front is very pretty. The workers put in good effort here, I know what it's like to work in retail. This stores customer base is very large. They usually have vegetables stocked well too.

Since the remodel this place is horrible. They never have enough checkers so many people use self check-out. If they want you using self-checkout they should discount your groceries. If they are short employees, hire more and pay more. The Target in Flo Mo is much better and customer centered.

This particular store started out to be something amazing. It has not lived up to its potential. The shelves are out of stock, the customer service staff is disinterested at best, the store is starting to get a run down feeling. Customers were having to help other customers find products. Unsolicited I had two different customers tell me this would be their last time to shop there. It's just not worth the hassle.
