These cages use to be good. But little by little they have been going down hill. Today they had half of the cages closed due them not working.

Bad customer service. I had a Groupon and the guy didn't know you can use it for what you paid for. They want to close early on Saturdays. First they said 3:30 then 4 then it was just a mess. They'll charge you for a bat as every other batting cage in the world lets you use their bats for free. What a joke. The office is about 100 meters away from the cages.

First time here, no one around to help. Apparently, unlike many batting cages I go to, you have to bring your own bay and helmet. The website doesn't tell you anything about this place so I just showed up like I always do to batting cages: with my batting gloves. I wish somewhere they had info about the cages. Obviously not their priority.
