I did a lot of reading about spin bikes before deciding on buying a demo from Primo Fitness. Dimitri answered my questions both by phone and by email, and I decided upon a Keiser bike, sight unseen, to be shipped to my home in Northern California. The process could not have been easier and the bike arrived in perfect condition. As Dimitri promised, all we had to do was to unscrew the bike from the pallet, jump on and go! I'm using the Peleton app and could not be happier with my purchase!

This place is awesome. I had been looking for a spin bike for my home gym and thought I was going to have to purchase one online sight unseen or tried when I found the Primo Fitness website. I quickly found some spin bikes of interest that I wanted to see on the website at prices I could afford. I had planned on buying a new spin bike but when I saw that I could buy a used commercial gym quality spin bike from Primo for the same price I had to check it out and was very happy that I did. I visited the warehouse during a lunch break and Dimitri showed me the spin bike I was interested in. He was very helpful and I was able to see the quality of the bike and test it out. He explained how the mechanics thoroughly go over all the equipment verifying that all electronics work and replacing anything that doesn't. Dimitri assured me that if I found anything not working when I got it home, he would have it fixed or trade for another bike. I picked up the bike last week and it looked great. They even did a new powder coat on the body. Everything works perfectly on the bike. If you are looking for exercise equipment, I highly recommend this place and Dimitri. The warehouse is huge and the selection is great.
