This has been the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ordered from. It’s been 2 times they forget something in my order not to mention they take minimum 1 hour to deliver. I tried calling the store for like 30 mins until I gave up, they never pick up just rings and eventually hangs up stay away unless you want your day ruined.

Pizza Hut is great for me consistently. Meredith (I think is her name) was super kind and patient with me when I had a problem with an order and made sure all was to my liking. I never really have problems with them, except for this time, but it was handled so professionally and timely that I’m still going to keep coming.

Get our order right. We got the wrong pizza and no cookie. When I tried to call about it, I kept getting hung up on. When I finally got through about 30 minutes later, they redid the order. Got a brownie instead of a cookie and it was about 90 minutes after our original order. Not impressed

This store has become the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too!!! The quality and service could not be any worse. Just picked up a couple of pizzas. Took a look in the box before I left to make sure it was right. The pizza was all over the place. One slice under the rest of the pizza. When I showed it to the two at the counter they just looked at me and said nothing
