As someone who’s has been coming to Chelan since 1976, I’ll say this place is by far the nicest place on the lake. Why? The people. From Tom the general manager to Cori at the front desk, to the kitchen staff and house keeping. Top notch service all around. My plan is to keep coming here with my family every year for the rest of my life :)

Enjoyed our short stay. Had a nice, big, clean room. Helpful staff checking in as well. Breakfast was just so so but no big deal. Would stay here again if in the area.

Positive: This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel, with an amazing view! I love the breakfast too. Negative: The pillows were a bit too soft, and one of the cupboard door hinges was damaged upon arrival. Otherwise, no complaints.

This was our last night of a three week road/work trip. The Lakeside Lodge was a wonderful place to stay before heading home. Besides being a beautiful location- super views and amazing grounds- it was very clean with the little touches that let you know the owners care. Real mugs, not styrofoam; plenty of towels; silverware, plates and wine openers! Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was the best we had!
