I had a great experience with the blonde haired woman in the office. Although she couldn't rent to me with my particular circumstances, she gave me great advice and shared very helpful information! She was straightforward and kind. If my circumstances change, I would definitely go back and rent from her! The younger girl in the front did have a bit of an attitude but I did not need to work with her so I'm not sure if she may have just been having a bad day or not. I so appreciated the woman who spoke with me and gave me hope in a situation where I had very little hope left! Thank you!

For it being my first time getting an apartment Dana was a huge help to me. Always answered the phone when I needed her, always made sure what I needed was done and complete, constantly checked up on me to make sure my move was successful and overall gave me a smooth move in with no complications. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and smooth move in. I highly recommend these apartments and Dana her service is AMAZING!!!!

I feel compelled to leave a review based on all the negative comments. I've lived here for 6 months and have had a great experience! They finished a full remodel on a 3bed in 2 weeks to fit my schedule. I've seen no bugs at all. I've seen the pest control service notices, I've seen the pest control service tech too. I had my A/C go out and the maintenance guys came and put in window units in the same day so my kids were cool. 1 week later the new unit was installed and things were great. The head maintenance guy followed up later to make sure everything was working correctly. I had an issue with my washer not getting enough water into the tub. Turns out it was a setting on my washer.. But, they were in my apartment the same day testing all of the water connections to make sure they were working correctly. They have done a great job in upgrading the apartments and keep the grounds clean. I see the staff EVERY morning out picking up the parking lot and the grounds. I don't understand these other reviews. I would recommend this place! I've seen nothing but improvement in the last 6 months. Very fast attention to requests

Yes all electric. no gas in apt. gas heats the boiler that heats the hot water.
