I helping my friend, refugee from Ukraine , she runaway from the war. We came to this office on beginning of April, and until today she not have any help. First they give us wrong documents to feel out. Then we came to the office again, explain her situation one more time and they help her to feel out her paper. They say that somebody will call her next day, but nobody call. Then we reserved mail that her interview on May 10 at 3:30. But nobody call us. We call number on paper and leave message but nobody call us back, we live voice mail three times nobody call us. Then today we resave 2 mails that she missed 2 interview and if she will miss another one, she will list her benefits. Really? What kind of people work there, they don’t know their job and they lying to people. I can’t believe that they newer call us but tell us that we miss interview. I not want pay my taxes for this people paycheck. :) Update. We resave another pauper, fir her interview on May 26, but May 20 we resave paper that she missed her interview on May 16. On beginning of June they send her another envelope with allot of new papers to feel out and send it back. We not trots them any more. I new other family they have 6 people and they only get food stamps for 2 kids, nothing also. :( It’s horrible. If they can’t give any help, then just give them work permits, thus people want working and pay taxes. Many companies have shortage for employees , then help that people to get a job. So stupid system

For a county office this one is pretty quick once you have all your paper work filed and finished

A family member has been living out of her car for the last 6 months 😢 this department of social service. Was no help we asked about calworks and that program is run around families what about age groups who are 50-55 or younger who want to work but are having a hard time finding shelter or a place to live so they can work. Calworks need to be revised to all age groups who need shelter and want to work. There is to many people here in temecula living out of there cars with very little help from our own town department of social services. People who work in that office need more training on compasion And stop turning people away when they need help to start fresh. Why work as a case worker if all your going to do is turn homeless people away or people who need help getting on there feet.Your office is a big waist of time. Have some dignity and respect for people. Do your job.

No. You must go to the Social Security Administration office in Hemet, Ca. What you can get at Temecula City Social Services is the SNAP program i. e. Food stamps.
Hit is s hit and Miss but if you are going to go there go early in the morning
I'm not 100 but I'm pretty sure that u can get a new one there or ask for a new one and they will mail it to u. Call 211 they should be able to help u
They will send you a letter for an appointment Sometimes it takes two weeks
They should be able to help, just go in. The line is not long and they will help you right away
That's a good question. I think it depends on your income. Maybe the foster child qualifies for food stamps and then depending on your income you may qualify based on that. I don't work there so I don't know but that's my guess. The income limit is relatively high depending on the number of people in your household. The website C4Yourself may be able to answer your question
You can apply for free medical care, "Medi-cal" online. If you don't have access to the internet, you can apply at this office. The website to apply for medi-cal is coveredca.gov
Depends on the day and how many people
